This 2-1 personal training package is for busy men and women who are fed up with feeling uncomfortable and unhappy about the way they look and feel. What’s included?
- Consultation and road to your goal – where you and I will discuss your long term goals and break these down into smaller more manageable targets. This will enable you to slowly work towards your ideal physique, fitness, strength and energy levels. I will discuss the above with you both together or individually if you prefer.
- 100% tailor-made programme design following my in-depth consultation and road to your goal assessment. I will design a programme that is tailor-made specifically for you, your buddy and your goals. Taking into account your lifestyles and everything previously discussed. The likelihood is your goals will differ but you can still train together, I can make adjustments to suit you both.
- Nutrition Coaching & education – I will also make sure that the hard work you are putting in at the studio is reflected in your results. You will be provided with expert nutrition education and advice. Food diary monitoring and feedback without the restrictive fad diets or strict, boring eating regimes. I will help you take back control and make progress by changing habits and give you the tools to make better choices.
- Check-ins every 4 weeks to take your measurements, including body fat percentage and progress photos. Review exactly where you both are and the progress made. Discuss the next steps to get you even closer to your vision set at the consultation stage. As a result we will be able to keep you 100% on track and make any adjustments so life doesn’t get in the way of your goals. Again I can carry this out together or separately, it’s entirely up to you.
- Exclusive access – to me as your coach, recipes, nutrition education and handouts, support, accountability and advice.
- ‘Coach on call‘ – in between sessions I will be available for advice and help if required. I will also give you the tools you need to stay on track in day to day life. To help you finally learn the tricks you need to live a healthy lifestyle with a balanced, not restrictive approach to your nutrition and training.
How long are the sessions?
Personal Training Sessions are 1 hour long and are based in our private coaching studio, one or more times per week. You two will be my number one priority. And because it’s a small private facility we won’t have to wait around for equipment, be distracted or feel like others are watching. As a result I will be able to focus on you and your buddy in a supportive environment. Exercises will be adjusted and recorded based on your fitness levels, abilities, individual requirements and your progress over time.
So what can you expect …
Never feel uncomfortable in your own skin again, with my 2-1 personal training package I won’t give you a generic training plan or diet plan. I will also give you both the knowledge and tools to not only hit your short term goals with me but to maintain, sustain and build on for the future too.
How much do you need to invest?
My 2-1 personal training package runs on a monthly basis and includes; monthly goal setting and measurements, including body fat percentage. Progress photos. Nutrition education, advice and coaching. Food diary tracking and accountability. 1x hour Personal Training Sessions in our private studio one or more times per week. Access to the community facebook page and heart rate monitor system.
Your investment for the above 122 personal training is as follows, based on the number of sessions per week;
- Once per week £280
- Twice per week £440
- Three per week £560
- Five per week £780
After that you have the option to continue on a month to month basis. There is no contract or sign up fees which means our partnership is entirely results driven.
