Firstly I would like to say congratulations on your pregnancy! Whether you are pre or post natal, what an exciting time, one of which I understand comes with some concerns too. Whether you’re already into your training, you were pre-baby or you’re looking to start your fitness journey, I am here to help. I am based in Chatham, Kent so if this is accessible then I’d love to keep you and your baby fit and healthy, with my pre and post natal personal training package. 

Myth buster – Exercise is not dangerous for your baby. In fact there is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.

Who is this pre and post natal package for?

This 1-1 personal training package is for ladies who are pre and post natal, so those who are either pregnant or have recently had a baby, who would like to stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy or get back that pre-baby body. If you want to feel fitter, stronger, healthier and improve your physical and mental health whilst keeping you and your baby safe, then pre and post natal personal training is perfect for you. 

It’s a great way to stay healthy in a safe environment without having to worry about the changes in your body during and after pregnancy and the impact of exercise. 

Each session we will be closely monitoring you, your baby and the changes to your body during each trimester. Adapting exercises and movements throughout.

Exercise and staying healthy is just as important when you’re pregnant, so I will look after you and your growing bump or protect you post pregnancy.

What’s included?

  • Consultation and road to your goal – where you and I will discuss your long term goals and break these down into smaller more manageable targets. This will enable you to slowly work through each trimester or stage of postnatal care.
  • 100% tailor-made programme design following my in-depth consultation and road to your goal assessment. I will design a programme that is tailor-made specifically for you based on the safety measures required during each trimester or postnatal stage. Taking into account how you’re feeling, any changes in your body and your requirements throughout. 
  • Nutrition Coaching & education – I will also make sure that your nutrition is healthy and balanced and you have accountability during this time. You will be provided with expert nutrition education and advice based on pregnancy.
  • Check-ins every 4 weeks to review where you are, how you are feeling and any changes that need to be considered. Discuss the next steps to get you even closer to your vision set at the consultation stage. As a result will be able to keep you 100% on track and make any adjustments along the way.
  • Exclusive access – to me as your coach, nutrition education and handouts, support, accountability and advice.
  • ‘Coach on call’ – in between sessions I will be available for advice and help if required. I will also give you the tools you need to stay on track in day to day life. To help you deal with the hormonal changes and changes within your body in terms of exercise and nutrition.

So what can you expect …

I won’t give you a generic training plan or diet plan in any of my packages. The pre and post natal personal training is no different!

Every single pregnancy and birth is different and unique which is why I will customise your programmes and approach to nutrition, based on you. 

Taking account of the goals discussed and any individual requirements you may have. Making as many changes as required along the way. I will communicate with you throughout your journey as things change and make sure you are always comfortable.

I’ve had clients who have trained throughout their pregnancy, those who have had to make changes due to morning sickness, pelvic discomfort and other hormonal changes as well as those who have given birth to their beautiful baby and want to get their bodies back. 

Whatever your reason, I will give you the tools and guidance you need to stay fit and healthy in a safe, relaxed environment and you do the rest.

How much do you need to invest?

My pre and post natal personal training package runs on a monthly basis and includes; tailor-made programmes and trimester specific adaptations, session flexibility, monthly feedback and pregnancy updates. Nutrition education, advice and coaching. Safe and relaxed environment. Monitoring and accountability. 1x hour Personal Training Sessions in our private studio one or more times per week. Access to the community facebook page and heart rate monitor system.

Your investment for the above 1-1 Pre and Post Natal personal training is as follows, based on the number of sessions per week;

  • Once per week £180
  • Twice per week £340 
  • Three per week £480
  • Five per week £599

After that you have the option to continue on a month to month basis with no contract or sign up fees which means our partnership is entirely flexible. I understand that each pregnancy is different and how you feel is of utmost importance, plus, let’s face it, it’s up to your baby when he or she arrives. So please do not worry, sessions will be arranged accordingly.
