What packages can I offer you?

I have a number of different coaching packages that can be tailored for you and your goals. Concentrating not only on your training but your nutrition, mindset, lifestyle and habits too. Choose from 1-1, 1-2 and small group personal training in a private studio

My bespoke packages ensure that you not only achieve your goals but are able to maintain them by teaching you the skills and knowledge to sustain them for life. 

Small Group Personal Training

My Small Group Personal Training package gives you the opportunity to have 1-1 coaching whilst working with likeminded people, which helps increase motivation, accountability and support.  It’s just like personal training as you will receive 1-1 attention but in a group environment.

Train with a maximum of 7 other individuals with sessions that are customised for your goals, needs, abilities and fitness levels, recorded and coached in the same way too.

A great way to get awesome results in the most cost effective way.

If you would like to invest in your health then my 1-1 personal training package is the best way forward for you.

I will be coaching with you directly on a 1-1 basis following a programme that is set specifically for you, taking into account your goals, fitness levels, abilities and any restrictions you may have health or injury wise.

I will provide you with everything you need to hit your goals and learn techniques to maintain and sustain them for life. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, change habits, improve mental health, build confidence or whatever it may be, I am here to help you have fun and get to where you want to be.

If you would like to share your health and fitness journey and train with a buddy, then my 1-2 personal training package is the one for you.

I will be coaching with you both directly on a 1-2 basis following a programme that is designed specifically for you both, taking into account your goals, fitness levels, abilities and any restrictions you may have health or injury wise.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is a minefield and often the biggest issue for most of my clients. Is this the hardest part for you? If your answer is Yes then my nutrition coaching package is the one for you. 

If the answer is yes, I will teach you how to take control of your health and weight, without relying on fad diet plans, food restrictions and feeling like you’re continually either ‘on or off the wagon’. My coaching will help you understand the foods you eat and the reasons why you may be having difficulty either losing or gaining weight.

Together we will build a sustainable approach for you, which fits your lifestyle, to not only hit your goals but sustain them without feeling like you’re always restricting yourself.

Pre and Post Natal Training

Firstly I would like to say congratulations on your pregnancy! Whether you are pre or post natal, what an exciting time, one of which I understand comes with some concerns too. Whether you’re already into your training, you were pre-baby or you’re looking to start your fitness journey, I am here to help. I am based in Chatham, Kent so if this is accessible then I’d love to keep you and your baby fit and healthy, with my pre and post natal personal training package. 

Myth buster – Exercise is not dangerous for your baby. In fact there is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.

Tight for Time 30

Never feel you are too tight for time to exercise and make yourself feel better both physically and mentally. Because with my 30 minute 121 personal training sessions you’ll still have a great, effective workout but in a shorter time. I won’t give you a generic training plan or diet plan so you’ll have something designed specifically for you. I will give you the knowledge and tools to not only hit your short term goals with me but to maintain, sustain and build on for the future too.
