It’s a great way to meet new people, feel more motivated and have fun whilst you exercise.
There is a real social aspect to small group personal training. Although you’re all working together, you will be working towards your own personal goal. Each week you will be improving on your own abilities, fitness and strength.

What’s included?
- Consultation and road to your goal – where you and I will discuss your long term goals and break these down into smaller more manageable targets. This will enable you to slowly work towards your ideal physique, fitness, strength and energy levels. Although you are part of a small group, I will ensure my approach caters for your individual needs and goals on a 121 basis.
- 12 x Small Group Personal Training Sessions a month in a private coaching studio, you’ll be put through your paces in a safe, supportive environment. Exercises are adjusted and recorded based on your fitness levels, abilities, individual requirements and your progress over time. There are only 8 spaces per group so you get the benefit of individual attention from me AND the support of the group too.
- Nutrition Coaching & education – I will ensure all the work you’re putting in at the studio is reflected in your results. You will be provided with expert nutrition education and advice. Food diary monitoring and feedback without the restrictive fad diets or strict, boring eating regimes. I will help you take back control and make progress by changing habits. Giving you the tools to make better choices.
- Check-ins every 4-6 weeks to take your measurements. I’ll review exactly where you are, the progress made and discuss the next steps to get you even closer to your vision. This will enable us to keep you 100% on track. Making any adjustments we need so life doesn’t get in the way of your goals.
- Exclusive access – group chat facility, recipes, nutrition education and handouts.
- ‘Coach on call‘ – in between sessions I will be available for advice and help if required. I will give you the tools you need to stay on track in day to day life. This will help you finally learn the tricks you need to live a healthy lifestyle with a balanced, not restrictive approach to your nutrition and training.

I won’t give you a generic training plan or diet plan in any of my packages. The small group personal training is no different!
I will customise your programmes and approach to nutrition, based on your current lifestyle. Taking account of the goals discussed and any individual requirements you may have. This will ensure that your progress will be based on your specific goals.

How much do you need to invest?
My small group personal training package includes; 121 goal setting and measurements. Nutrition education, advice and coaching. Food diary tracking and accountability. 12 x monthly Small Group Personal Training Sessions in our private studio. Access to the community facebook page, a heart rate monitor system, and a private group chat facility.
Your investment for the above is £180 per month (that’s only £15 per session!), with the option to continue afterwards on a month to month basis with no contract or sign up fees.
