Hi, I’m Shelley, a personal trainer based in Medway, working with clients in Chatham, Rochester, Strood, Gillingham, Rainham and surrounding areas of Kent. I train and support clients on their personal fitness and help build and maintain long lasting health and lifestyles. I do 1-1, 2-1 and small group training, packages for pre and post natal women and those needing help with their nutrition.

Life can be so busy that our health and fitness seems to become less and less of a priority. But with my bespoke personal training packages I am here to help. I support both men and women in Medway who really want to make a lifestyle change. Those who are ready to start their health and fitness journey. Who are fed up with starting again on Monday, boring workouts, fad diets and always having to ‘get back on track’!
I will help and support you on your journey to becoming fitter and healthier. Build more confidence and create a more comfortable version of yourself. I believe that exercise should enhance your life rather than being a chore or something you dread. That healthy eating is part of your daily lifestyle choices and not a list of forbidden foods you have to avoid.
I’ll start your personal training journey by taking an in-depth look at where you currently are; including your work patterns, lifestyle, habits and home life. As a result help you create a set of goals that are achievable and manageable to get you to where you want to be.

I understand that it is not always about weight loss; it could be about being more confident. Giving you time out for yourself to help with mental health. Escaping devices and being ‘unavailable’ just for an hour. Having the energy to be active with your kids or grandchildren. To feel fitter when you have to run for the train or up the stairs.
