The food we eat has a massive impact on each and every one of us achieving our goals. We could train every day but if we are refuelling our bodies with the wrong food and macronutrients for our body type it may all be in vain. That’s why my nutrition coaching could really help you.

My nutrition coaching will help you change the way you think about food and build your knowledge around the food that you eat. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, grow muscle, improve performance or energy levels or just have a healthier relationship with food itself. 

What’s included? 

  • Your Food and Nutrition Roadmap – where you and I will discuss your long term goals and break these down into smaller more manageable targets. This will enable you to slowly work towards your ideal physique, fitness, strength and energy levels. 
  • Your Lifestyle-Audit – where you and I will discuss your current habits and lifestyle to establish where changes need to be made. These may be minor adjustments or ways in which you can make better choices to ensure you are working towards your goals rather than moving further away. 
  • Weekly monitoring – where I will analyse the entries in your food diary for the week giving you feedback, suggestions and alternatives. This will also enable me to make any adjustments in terms of macronutrient and calorie and keep you accountable. 
  • Exclusive access – recipes, nutrition education and handouts.
  • ‘Coach on call’ – in between sessions I will be available for advice and help if required. I will give you the tools you need to stay on track in day to day life and to help you finally learn the tricks you need to live a healthy lifestyle with a balanced, not restrictive approach to your nutrition.

If you are nutrition coaching only you will also receive;

  • 1-2-1 Coaching Session – where once per month you and I will meet, either in person at a private studio or via zoom to reflect on the weeks prior, set further nutrition and lifestyle targets and ensure you’re accountable to your goals and progression.

My Nutrition Coaching Program isn’t about giving you a diet plan to follow, telling you to eat chicken, broccoli and rice everyday but to give you the tools you need to make changes. This will enable you to learn and create a sustainable lifestyle so you will never have to ‘start your diet again on Monday’. 

What is great is, by following my help and advice you are likely to progress towards your goal twice as fast and finally get to where you want to be.

How much do you need to invest?

Nutrition only – if your training isn’t the issue but you would like to learn more to supercharge your recovery, energy levels and results and give you the knowledge and tools to take back control of your diet and eat the foods you love, it’s just £249.

If you would like to continue thereafter and maintain the accountability, support and advice, it’s just £149.
